3. Products and Descriptions
3.1. Products sold through the Site are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.

3.3. We do not guarantee that the display of product colors on your device will be accurate.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of payment issues, suspicious activity, or stock unavailability.
4.3. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
5.1. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice.
5.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through authorized payment methods.
5.4. You are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. We aim to ship products within the timeframes mentioned, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6.3. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6.4. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
7.1. All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted once an order is placed.
7.2. If you receive a damaged product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must submit an unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the damage from the beginning of unpacking. 7.3. We reserve the right to reject damage claims that do not meet the above conditions.
7.4. Approved refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is the property of The Spiral 08 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, or exploitation of our content is strictly prohibited.

13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13.3. Before resorting to court proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mediation.
14. Termination
14.1. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately without notice if you breach these Terms.
14.2. Provisions concerning intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity survive termination.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor strikes, or network failures.
16. Miscellaneous
